  • No refunds for change of mind purchases.

  • Refunds or replacements are available for items that are damaged, faulty.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item, with photos and order details.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is covered if the item is faulty; otherwise, customers cover the cost.

  • Earrings, worn items, and sale items cannot be returned for hygiene or clearance reasons.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
